In May 2024, the 30th Intercollegiate Taiko Invitational brought collegiate taiko groups from across the West Coast together for a historic weekend hosted by Ahiru Daiko at the University of Oregon. This was the first time ITI was hosted outside of California. The concert, held on Sunday, May 26th, 2024, featured performances from Taiko Kai, Ki Daiko, Hidaka Taiko, Bakuhatsu Taiko Dan, Cal Raijin Taiko, Stanford Taiko, Ahiru Daiko, and more.
