Taiko Jam '97 was final concert of the inaugural North American Taiko Conference (NATC) hosted by JACCC on Saturday, July 19, 1997 in Los Angeles, California. Close to 500 taiko players representing groups from across the United States and Canada at the JACCC for a series of workshops, presentations, demonstration on taiko. The groups featured were The Kenny Endo Taiko Ensemble, Hinode Taiko, Seattle Kokon Taiko, San Francisco Taiko Dojo, Soh Daiko, and Zenshuji Zendeko Taiko.
